• We are an admitted carrier in all states.

CAPACITY
• Minimum of $100,000 per claim/$300,000 in the aggregate.
• Maximum of $25,000,000 per claim/$50,000,000 in the aggregate.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• A completed, signed and dated application. We will provide an indication from any lawyers' professional liability application but require receipt of a completed HFP application to bind coverage.
• A short form HFP renewal application will be required at subsequent renewals.
• Prior five years' loss information.
• A copy of the applicant's risk management procedures.
