About Us
The Claims Department provides claims adjustment and loss services support to all of the Hartford Financial Products' Underwriting areas.
The Department is staffed with experienced claims professionals who have the ability to handle the claims and business issues which may arise in connection with the most sophisticated risks in the industrial, service and financial industries. As such, it reflects both the superior leadership and abilities of those individuals as well as the entrepreneurial spirit of Hartford Financial Products as an organization.
The Claims Department is an integral component of Hartford Financial Products. Claims personnel participate fully in the creation of insurance products which respond to meet the needs of our customers.
The Claims Department is well equipped to respond to the challenges that our clients and the legal environment present. These challenges are ever evolving and have resulted in the development of a pro-active team of highly qualified individuals who are ready and able to respond to claims-specific issues as well as commercial transactions in a manner which reflects policy integrity as well as an understanding of an insured's business concerns.
